Internet connectivity loss-modem log

My internet keeps losing connection. Can anyone tell me from this log why? Cox has not been able to fix the problem. I've had several techs come out and problem gets resolved for a few hours then i lose connection again. It is a recurring daily event. It happens more often at noon to about 7pm daily.

    Cox   love you guys....   I really enjoy loosing connectivity 3/7 days a week every night at about 1:30am..     Wonderful

    I defintly enjoy my wifi connection saying "no internet" 3 nights a week..   It's 2021...   Absolutely wonderful ☑️👍👍👍👍👍👍
