Internet connection dropping in middle of the night

I have been having an issue with our internet connectivity.  I wake up and the internet is not working.  I check the internal home wireless network (orbi) and it is working fine.  Internal wired switches are working fine.  Wired and wireless network working properly  Internet connection not working.  On to the Arris TM3402A.  I check this and it is down.  I notice that the ethernet port is solid green with a solid yellow.  Thinking it is a bad Ethernet cable I replace it.  I have a ethernet cable tester and the old cable was actually fine.  I power on the modem with the new cable and everything is good until it is not.  Same thing happens, middle of the night the internet goes down.  Again home network is fine.  I have had years of problems with signal issues with Cox.  Before I call I would like to get some input if anyone can lend insight into this problem.

So here is my event log.  Some of the events are actually my reboots.  Not sure if any of the other events are indicative of a bigger issue.
