Internet connection and phone service lost
Ive lost connection to my services everyday for about 9 days now. I’ve had multiple technicians come, each one with a different idea as to why I’m losing service. I call to check on my daughter or view my camera only to hear that I can’t receive phone calls at this time or services aren’t working. I’ve spoke with customer service via app to have them cycle through troubleshooting only to say they can’t fix and a technician needs to be sent out. It’s fixed until I go to check it the following day and notice that it’s back down again. I am charged $10 additional dollars so that I won’t be charged $75 for each service call. The modem was replaced, a filter was replaced, a update has occurred, the coax shouldn’t be covered with floor carpet because it’s to heavy. Meanwhile I have to pay for services that aren’t working properly. I guess my question is what’s the end goal. Why Do I lose services daily? Why do I have to be charged a fee to have a technician diagnose wires that were ran by a cox technician when I started services? It’s frustrating not being able to access services but still be charged for them
