We have been having the same issue for nearly a month. I have gone through 2 chats and after the second one took 1 hrs and 15 minutes with 20-30 mins between responses, I called. We are STILL having the issue and have resorted to using Verizon Hotspot for work. A tech is coming out to look at things tomorrow, but honestly not sure why there isn't really any competition for Cox - looking at Verizon. Customer service has been horrible and we just got notification that our monthly plan went up $30/mo. Horrible timing.
