Internet activation offer code

Does anyone know what the offer code was for the $50 prepaid card when you signed up for internet in December 2019?   It was around Christmas time and the offer was for for free activation and a $50 pre paid card with the activation of Internet 30mbps and greater service.  After several calls to Cox none of the reps seem to be able to find the offer code..
