Intermittently slow speeds
I have the Ultimate internet package. Frequently, my speeds will be extremely slow, even taking a couple minutes to load one page on the cox website. I went through phone support and initially, he couldn't even see or access my router. After a couple resets, he was able to see it and showed strong signal in and out. He recommended my to exchange my router at a Cox store, which I did that night. It seemed to fix the issue somewhat at first, but again I am noticing the same drops each day. Running a speed test shows good numbers (>200mbps download, >30 upload).
TLDR: speed test shows high speeds, browsing slow on all devices.
