Intermittent Internet Outages
Our subdivision have been experiencing intermittent Internet outages. The Cox support person indicated it is a known issue requiring a repair. To help prioritize the repair, he recommended all families in the subdivision open support tickets with Cox.
1) Curious why Cox would need the entire subdivision to open a ticket for a known issue
2) How do we open a support ticket as recommended by the Cox support staff? I was unable to locate a link which takes customers to a ticket portal for reporting issues
