Hi Intermittent Internet Connection, there is definitely a signal issue outside your home that requires a service call. I’m glad to see you have a technician scheduled for tomorrow. Yes please, that sounds good. I upgraded the modem to 3.1 and it worked for a while but now back to poor connection.
