I think a tech might have put in a splitter in the box outside on my house, because I live in a condo association with several units closeby. I don't have any splitters on my end though.

Thanks Jonathan.
I sent an email to support. A tech came out this morning and removed a splitter from the house box, but it did not resolve the time out issue. If anything, now my downstream power levels are higher and my upstream power levels remain too high. It is still averaging 3-4 T3 timeouts per hour and the log is constantly filled with "CM-STATUS message sent. Event Type Code: 16" as well as codes for 20, 22, and 24.
Hopefully support can get this resolved because the connection has been unusable.
