Inept Internet Support

Just lost an hour of my life on chat with tech. support, or lack thereof, as the case may
be.  My service was just fine until a Cox tech. climbed my pole at 10 a.m. this morning.
I went to use my internet at 11 a.m.  No service.  Modem connected lights dark.  I
checked the modem diagnostic screen.  Zero signal on all channels.  Zero.  That guy
disconnected me and do you think I can get them to just have a truck stop by and
hook it back up?  Nope.  All they want to do is have me restart my modem and restart
my router.  Please.  I'm an internet professional and I know what I'm talking about.
Then, during the chat, that got me nowhere, they had the audacity to offer me an
inline service deal.  Really?  At every turn it has to be my fault that I don't have
service.  Unbelievable.  Cox...are you listening?  The moment that Ideatek offers
me service, wired or wireless, I'm taking it.  You blew it.
