- Hi Andy In SOCAL. The folder in webmail is called Sent Objects. To get it to update, you would need to go into Outlook settings and set that folder up to sync. -, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
i just sent an email from webmail & it doesn't show up in outlook16 sent folder.

The Outlook "sent" folder is not the same as the webmail "sent objects" folder. You need to sync the "sent objects" folder
how do you do that, i don't see the possibility in webmail settings?
