I recently got a firmware update for my SB6190 and have been getting lag spikes non stop is there any way I can get the firmware update again ?

For about 2 weeks now I have been getting constant timeout errors on my modem since I noticed a firmware update on my modem I can't log into the interface some times the old firmware seemed to work much better.
