I tried reaching out to cox but they wouldn’t help me it makes no sense I call to complain about my service not working and they act like they don’t care at all still to this day I have problems with my equipment

Latitia, how is this not something we(the forum) can help with? Why not ask questions? To OP, what kind of network(model modem and router) do you have? Is it just wireless or wired connection which are down too. What troubleshooting have you done? Finally, is this related to your TV issue you posted about? Did it happen around the same time?
