I have a new computer, new monitor and new modem. And I still have the slowest internet I've ever had. The old dial up internet I had 25 years ago worked better. And I can't find out why. Cox **.

My computer, modem and router are all set up the way the cox tech guy said to set them up. They don't know why my internet is so slow.
What kind of modem, what router? Have you tried connecting your computer direct to the modem, and restarting the modem? A lot of times, the router is the culprit.
