if you have the panoramic modem/router, you can reset/refresh from phone or from website if signed in.

I tried that with no luck. Also I'm using ethernet. Starting to wonder if I have a bad router.
- KevinM2Former Moderator@SynysterGates23, your modem levels look healthy, and I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Are all devices experiencing slow speeds or is it only one device? Are you using an Ethernet connection or WiFi, when experiencing slow speeds? Here's some information about our Cox speed tests:
