Server Name: imap.cox.net
Port number 993 with SSL enabled and the authentication box checked
Outgoing
Server name: smtp.cox.net
Port number 587 with TLS encryption
this is the same setup I've had for years.

After trying the repair Outlook worked once. but it has not worked sense.
