I am able to sent emails but am not receiving any. please help

I am able to send numerous emails but have not been able to receive any since late Tuesday afternoon.  Please help

  • I am not receiving ANY emails, it is not just my phone.  it is on any device I look at my account and I am have not received an email for almost 48 hours.

      Hi School Nurse. If you aren't receiving emails while logged into the Webmail, you may want to check your filters under settings and also make sure that you aren't at capacity. You will see this information on the left-hand side under all your folders. If you need further troubleshooting, you can contact us on Facebook and Twitter as well.
