I agree wholeheartedly. What I'm in search for is supporting documentation/recommendations from Cox on the subject. As I understand it now, yes, there is a setting which allows an administrator to toggle Guest Network on and off. To those users like me who have this available to them for the first time I for one would like to know more about the pros and cons of such a settings alteration. 

Where in Cox can I hope to find them?
