How to get permanent IPv6 addresses?
My hosts have several dynamic / temporary addresses on both Ethernet and wifi interfaces. How do I get a permanent address assigned, so I can add it to remote firewalls and stop having to 'ssh -4 blah'?

Residential service doesn't provide fixed IPv4 or IPv6 addresses. If you need a fixed address, you will need a business account.
