How to export file folders from Cox email?

I tried following a post from two years ago that stated I should use the export function on Cox.  That does not exist anywhere in mailbox. How do I move folders from Cox to my apple mail? Did the export function move?

    Setup your Apple Mail as IMAP and it will duplicate all folders on the Cox mail system.
