Yes in Arizona. I’ve never had this issue before until the last couple of months.
I had Cox before as well about 10 years ago, and somehow internet would start working once I would re-new my contract. But since contract it’s out I’m getting the same vibes but it may not be this.
I don't see how your contract can be related to service. It's not like the Cox computer sneaks out in the middle of the night and sabotages the internet. What would be the reasons behind that? Did you notice the problems start when the high heat started?

We use to have main 4 internet providers back then now it’s just Cox and Century Link. Kinda weird that soon as contracts would expire they tell us to upgrade the Modem, because it was outdated (after a year). So best way pay for new modem or rent it. Otherwise it cuts off yet my neighbor never had issues, even tho she stayed in a contract all the time.

What model modem do you have now? Or are you saying you are renting a gateway?

Yup, renting. It’s the Pronamic WiFi.
