I agree 100% For 12 years I never had a problem with overages. now I suddenly am over 50gb. I'd like to see proof. They said that on christmas eve was the day I went over . No one was home using the internet we were out of town.

    knp1luv you do not need to be at home to have a device access the Internet. You may want to check your devices for a virus or malware. Chris C
