How do I add hyperlinks to cox web email in body of email

I am unable to add hyperlinks to body of cox email. I have to go to options, change to plain text to see them. Have tried on various computers using safari, bing, eternet explorer, etc. It does not work correctly on any of them. I have contact cox a few times, but they do not know why it used to work and no longer does. Any ideas from other users of cox webmail?

    Hi Kccanfield, I'm able to insert a hyperlink into the body of an email successfully using Cox Webmail. While composing an email, highlight the text you want to convert into a hyperlink. Click the Insert/Edit Link icon.

    The "Insert Link" dialogue box will open. 

    Paste the link URL into the "Url" box. Your highlighted text will already be displayed in the "Text to display" box. Click the OK button. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
