Hour wait?
Why is there up to an hour wait for Cox phone support? Is support short staffed, or overwhelmed by hurricane Laura? 4 months ago I could get a tech in 5 min.

Try to chat with cox agent. need to wait for at least 30 min to start to chat with agent and wait another 10-20min for answering each question. Sometimes need to chat several agents till resolution.
you may email at cox.help@cox.com. the service quality seems like the same but at least you donot need to stay on the line.
