Home page

How do I change the news on the home page. I am tired of sports being the majority of stories (80%). I do not want sports in my line up. Would like trending, world, health, politics and local.

    Hi Woot,

    You can set your "Home" page to whatever you would like it to be. If you prefer to stick with the Cox My Connection page, you might like one of the following:

    http://myconnection.cox.com/category/nationalnews/
    http://myconnection.cox.com/category/trending/
    http://myconnection.cox.com/category/localnews/arizona/

    You could also choose a different news source as your Home page. Examples:
    https://www.cnn.com/
    http://www.msnbc.com/

    To create a Home page shortcut on your desktop, right-click on your Desktop, left-click on New, and left-click on Shortcut. Paste or type the full URL of your preferred web page in the "Type the location" box and click Next. Type a name for the shortcut and then click Finish.
