Hi I would like to ask why if I'm paying for 30 megs why do I only get 3 to 4 megs for 90% of the day? can cox please explain to me why I'm getting ripped off? I think it's time to start looking for another internet provider. kind of sad that I

like my description said, if I don't get at lest the service im paying for I will be moving my business to another company. I test my speed often and I never see the results of the speed I pay for. I've also tried all the tips in the help section and retest again. I even take screenshots of of the results so that when I start writing bad reviews about how cox is ripping me off people can see the proof. I really believe that no one is ever going to read this because why would they. people just go to bleed the clock at their jobs and not care about customers. since no one is ever going to read this I just like to end with WADA WADA BING BONG.

    Looking from this end all appears well up to the modem itself. I see several speed tests were done yesterday and the last 2 results came in where the should. Are you still experiencing problems and is this happening on all devices?
