re-boot, re-try.

Thanks for your response, tried all links on website, no change of anything ,rebooted retry later no luck tech yesterday reset my password still no luck she told me to wait 15 min. and re-try and do it again that was all she had

Same issue here...I have chatted twice with folks in India and called three times to talk with someone from their home in Texas with barking dogs and kids in background...and they aren't even Cox customers. Cleared cookies, changed password, tried different browser...nothing works and getting absolutely no help from Cox...as usual.

I,m using fire fox and I think it might be the problem , I googled cox communication clicked on it led to Cox and was able to sign in .
