Having Many Issues With https://wifi.cox.com/

I am having a lot of bugs when using https://wifi.cox.com/. I've tested the website using Firefox, Chromium, and Google Chrome, while on Linux and Windows 10, and with two different computers.

Issues include: Needing to "right click > open in new tab" to interact with almost everything, i get the "Welcome to Your Connected Home" pop up every time I change between sub links (So if I go from https://wifi.cox.com/Overview to https://wifi.cox.com/people, or any other sub links, itll pop up every time), and finally, when trying to setup a Port Forwarding rule on wifi.cox.com/.../portforwarding, it will start loading and setting it up, get stuck loading while saying "Adding Port Forward" and just never load (I waited 20 minutes atleast).

I don't understand why I would be having these issues on multiple computers, operating systems, and browsers. Everything is updated to the latest stable version of itself.

Any help is appreciated.

  • The site has been fixed from what I can tell. Noticeably faster, can add/edit ports, etc. thankyou devs!

  • @Allenc123, I recommend clearing cache and checking for any security addons/plugins that could be blocking the site. This includes pop up blockers and other security features. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

I have none. I tried using the website with a fresh install of Windows 10 and Google Chrome with no extensions (everything is updated), even my windows 10 security is set for minimal.

Edit: Just tested on a fresh Motorola G7 phone. Same issue on the mobile website using google chrome.
