Is the email issue still ongoing? We were hacked last Friday. Ugh!  Pain in the rear!  Also, a few months ago, someone hacked into my husband's email and intercepted an Amazon eGift Card and redeemed it. Finally got that issue resolved and changed his password...but now again!?!?  What the heck, COX???

    Hi tishaz,

    I apologize for the experience. Please change your password to one that has never been used before. It is also good practice to change the password often. This will ensure the protection of your email accounts.
