gigablast

I just upgraded to cox 300 Mbps last nite and it worked great then today I upgraded again to gigablast and had my new surfboard 8200 modem provisioned and my internet went completely haywire! The speed slowed down to 37 download and 15 upload, now it just keeps going in and out and will hardly work at all; any suggestions out there?
