Gigablast my a.. I'm being throttled unless I contact support

I signed up for Gigablast 2 months ago.  I check daily and I have not received anything close to the speeds promised.  I get <300/12 mbps just as I did on the 300 plan.  ONLY when I contact support does it magically go up to about 800/35 mbps.  I will have that speed for the rest of the day only to be reverted back to the <300/12 mbps the next day. 

What am I supposed to contact support every day to get close to the speeds promised?  Most the time the tech gets frustrated and I mysteriously get disconnected.  After over 20 years of being with Cox, the support has gone downhill and I feel like I'm being deceived.
