Gateway sign in trouble

I have used the admin for the username, I used the password that is on the bottom of the router and it still states invalid username. I have reset and tried again but still receiving the same notification. I need to setup port forward for my game. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

    admin/password1 for gateway.

    login /pw on device is for wifi login, unless you change either!
