Frequent disconnect and inconsistent speed

This has happened to me I should be getting around 500 down and 10 up but I now have 30.54 down after just last week  having 200+ download.  Either way let me know if they actually fix anything for you cause to my knowledge they are just gonna tell you your tech is not working and they will try and sell you some new tech and probably try and get you to buy "enhancements".  From what I've gathered so far from researching this which has been going on for at least 4 years now which is ridiculous you would think they would have solved it or at least have a known solution for it by now.  But the issue to my knowledge is their infrastructure being horrible and out of date and having too many people on one node at a time which takes away from everything else.  Which they will not change unless you send a complaint to the FCC in which even then they will probably try and argue that it's not their end.  Here's the link to the FCC if you would like to try and file a complaint and get it resolved https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us .
