Fox News Interrupted

Why is the Fox News channel the only channel on my Cox cable service that is very erratic. It is difficult to watch because the broadcast loses the audio, and the video freezes I thought it could be Fox’s problem, but it continues during the commercials as well, and occurs all day long. It appears this is being purposely done by Cox since it does not occur on any other channel.

    Hi Whelfrich13, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Fox News feed. It sounds like you may have a signal issue. I would like to take a look at the account to confirm that though. To do that, we ask that you send us your service address via email to cox.help@cox.com .
