Fluctuating upload speed

I've had fluctuating upload speed for the last two months. I thought it was my modem/router because it was almost three years old. I got the panoramic modem/router which was good for a while. I come back Sunday after watching my cousin's house and now the upload speeds have been unbearable. I'm getting between 0.96 to 5.6. I got new equipment from you guys and I still have a problem. Either fix it or I'm gone.

    I'd hate to lose you as a customer before taking a closer look at what is causing the chronic issues you describe. Are you having this issue on a wired or wireless device and what type of device are you testing with?
