Someone admitted to me today that the problem with jitter and packet loss is indeed node saturation. Was that so hard to do, Cox? did you have to make me wait 3 weeks to get that answer?

Took them long enough, I wonder if they will upgrade their infrastructure my problems started before this whole ordeal...
Nope. They have no plans on it. Spoke with the technician lead yesterday and they said they only plan on splitting traffic so that it's not so congested but that it would make little difference. The plan is to wait it out and wait for the congestion to go back to normal.
ya the best we can do is to just file an FCC report and spread it around to anyone you know who has cox to file one
