Filter option gone

The filter option in Settings is gone. Settings gear in top right corner=>Settings=>Arrow left of Inbox. Isn't that where it was? I was just there yesterday and created a filter. Am I remembering wrong; is it somewhere else?

It shows under Inbox: Vacation Notice, Auto Forward, Blocked Senders, Signatures, Spam Settings.

  • Hi Chalmation, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then completely close and reopen your browser. Log back into Webmail and see if all of your settings display correctly. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know what browser you are using and if the issue affects each of your Cox user names. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

      Thanks, that worked, but I don't understand why cookies and caches would make the option go away. The logout icon had also disappeared but that is now back. I'm using Chrome. It worked on Firefox before I cleared my cookies and caches.

      Also, I couldn't sign in again to the forum with Chalmation. When I clicked on the top right icon, it only gave me the option to join. So I had to make another profile.

        LOL and now I'm back on my original profile! I hit the icon again and it logged me into this one.
