Failed Payment

I received a failed payment text for my automatic payments, even though i have money in my account. when i contacted customer service they said theyd have someone call me in 72 hours to resolved my "failed payment" fee of $25. what a scam this company is. Hopefully i dont see a $25 fee on my account next week. Would not recommend their services.
