Update: my modem has ceased to establish an internet connection. It's stuck trying to get an upstream connection and is failing. I'm seeing all kinds of T3 timeouts in the log. I did contact customer service and will have a field supervisor here on Thursday morning, but three days is a long time to go without the service I'm paying for.
Here are just a few of the errors in my modem's log which are repeating indefinitely.
