Hi Jim, we apologize for the service issues and we would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you on a resolution. When you lose connectivity, does your modem reboot? If so, does this occur at around the same time every day? Are you on WiFi or are you hard-wired to the modem when experiencing intermittent connectivity?
