Experienced horrible customer service?

These cs reps are RUDE.   They don't say a word before transferring and speak over you.   I can't wait to switch to another carrier.  Wooooooo. Freedom.

    I literally got transferred to a different department mid sentence once because the lady from retention did not want to hear me anymore.
