error (0x800CCC0E): Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders ** Resolved **

Still getting this error today (12/15). Any idea when the residential Cox email issue(s) will be resolved?

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for r*******r@cox.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for r*******r@cox.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

This issue was resolved by deleting and re-adding the account to Outlook. Not sure why it became necessary, but that seems to have resolved any issues. This was done after Cox email support stated that they had resolved the problems on their end. I added the account back in with all of the original settings/values, so it's not as though a server configuration requirement was changed, forcing the problem. Oh well, it works now!

      I know how important it is for you to have access to your email. All outages are cleared at this time. Are you able to use the repair tool to try and repair the mailbox? Please also try to re-add your password in your outlook settings.
