emails in my inbox disappeared

Last week all of the emails in my inbox disappeared after about a dozen emails from cox stating my storage was full. I’ve been calling cox since last week with no follow up done by cox.  I had critic...

Hello, when we receive additional information regarding this escalation, we will follow up with you on social media. All of our email servers have 2 GB of data, with the exception of Ultimate and Gigablast.

Ultimate: 10 GB
Gigablast: 15 GB

Have you tried deleting emails from the trash folder and inbox, to free up space? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

    i see the 10g limit when i check webmail for spam daily.
