Emails getting forwarded

Recipient: <norma63k@gamil.com>

    Reason:    5.1.1 <norma63k@gamil.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

 It is not possible to forward this secondary  Cox email on the web only the administer can do the primary email.

how do i stop this
