Can't sign in to Cox site

I keep getting an error saying "We experienced an error. Please reload the page and try again." I was able to sign in here, but can't sign into my account.

    Click on customers then click on my account.  If it still doesn't work then refresh the app or your web browser and try again.  Try logging in using both the app and your web browser.
