Emails get deleted

Once again this morning about 10 emails that I received earlier today got deleted. They are not on my iPhone nor on my PC (Outlook). I logged into Cox webmail and found 1 email in the deleted items folder, the rest were gone. This has happened at least once a month for the last few months. I am an IT person and have been in the business for over 30 years and there is nothing wrong with my setup on either device (IMAP). I am convinced that Cox is losing my emails and many other peoples as well.
