Emails bouncing from certain sender

I have been getting morning emails from a certain sender for months and they stopped on 9/24.  I contacted other recipients of emails from this sender and they are still getting their emails.  I wonder why Cox is not accepting them.  I asked the sender to check their logs and this is what they found:

Can Cox reset this?

Hello, it's quite possible that the sending IP Address is listed on a CSI Blacklist. Here is a link which provides additional information regarding the postmaster error codes:

Cox is unable to reset this for you. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
