Emails - Can't respond or forward

I am not able to respond or forward emails. This just started today (Tuesday, 3-15). When I try to do so, I get a box popup that says Error 400.

    I have just restarted my computer to see if that was the problem, and now I am unable to even access the emails in any folder.

      OK, I don't know what changed, but I am able to open it in an incognito window. Won't work with a regular window. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Thanks!

    Incognito, or Private mode, doesn't store history.  I'm assuming without referring to your history or cookies...a "fresh" mode...allows access.  Perhaps delete your browsing history:  Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys.

      Thank you, that worked! I never even thought about clearing my browser history.
