Email via website

WHY have I been unable to access my email on the cox.net website?  I have tried several times this morning and receive a unavailable message.  

  • have you changed your ports (security settings) as they warned us multiple times?  as of today cox won't accept anything the isn't "secure." 

  • i just realized, YOU are talking about cox.net webmail?  

    as Gilda Radner used to say..."never mind."

    Hi there, please clear cookies and cache and give it another go. Also, are you able to receive and send mail from a mail program such as Outlook?
