Unable to log in via my Outlook or webmail. And, just to preempt it: No, it's not my password, or my username, nor my browser, nor my e-mail app. This is systemic across several devices/apps/programs. This seems to be a system issue on the Cox end.

Down in RI as well! Seems this is an ongoing problem down for periods throughout the day for the past year
I contacted COX on chat and agent said "Your email is working fine, we're currently having issues with our email server, we're trying to solve this as soon as possible. We're sorry for any trouble this has caused."
This is the reason I like this forum. Not because of the great responses we get from the company. But I can learn from the other visitors to the forum. No need to spend 40 minutes on hold to find out that the server is down. No need to re-enter my password and reset my account. Thanks to everyone who came here to help today.
Exactly what I did. Password rejected so look at the forums and see I am not alone. Good thing my important email goes to my own email server since the COX server frequently goes down,

AZ is back up outlook and cell phone both working now!
Yes, Rocker, THANK YOU! It is back up now, as of maybe 30 seconds ago. Has been down ALL morning! (I have 4 email addresses, 3 are now working, so 3 good, one still down.........that's better than all 4 down!!) Hope the "email up now" continues!!!!

Day late but my emails are showing up 5 to 8 hours late from businesses that have deals that are now espired!
Email up now in Mesa, Az for about the last 2 hours. All working fine now!

Yeah, I run into it on occasion, but today it's down hard and has been for a while now.
WTF, I just spent an hour trying to re-create my email accounts, passwords, IMAP and STMP settings to no avail having anticipated this is a result of a Microsoft problem. Now I don't even have a clue what the original settings were. For what we pay COX, this is unacceptable......!!!!
It may be time to be done with COX permanently and head to ATT service. I don't have time for these issues.

Yes not working in AZ in outlook keeps popping up for filled out login password and imap on cell phone is not working asking for login and password put in no new emails since 9:50 AM PST but webmail is getting emails.
Not working in SoCal, can't even get emails through WebMail. Worked earleir today then just stopped. SO FRUSTRATING!
Update at 12:35pm PDT: Can access via webmail again, but it's even slower than usual (which is saying something.) At least I can check my mail now. Still no access via Outlook, or my phone.
It is down in New Orleans as well. My residential account works if I log in directly at the Cox site, but does not work on my phone, tablet, or computer.
